Our compensation software links case load data (cases volume, ASA billed units, RVU billed units, etc.) from the billing activity to our compensation software to produce reports for productivity based compensation whether its for bi-weekly payroll, quarterly or annual bonuses. Your practice can input this data into your payroll software or elect to use our web based payroll software for full payroll services.

Employee Payroll
HNM provides the front end and the back end to your payroll service. This includes such options as direct deposits, 401K tracking, PTO accrual tracking, and Section125 Cafeteria plan withholdings. Employees have on-line access to their paycheck stubs as well as on-line access to modify their tax withholding or direct deposit bank information.

Web-Base product
Employees love our easy access secure web-based product that allows for: (1) viewing up to 18 months of paycheck stubs; (2) ease of updating banking information for direct deposits into checking and/or savings accounts; (3) modifying tax deduction information; and (4) modifying voluntary pension contributions.
